"Designated" added to proper room sign via paper and texta. Most noticeable because it's in the computational linguistics department.

Text on paper, on a chocked open door. Which also has a formal sign "Fore door. Keep Closed. Do not obstruct".

Unusually for a kitchen sign, this sample offers a reason for cleaning up. It's not just that your food spills annoy your co-workers, they could slip in that puddle of soup.

esther2.jpg
A formal, all-caps request to keep the kitchen clean. Kitchen Users is underlined for extra emphasis. Kitchen visitors are, presumably, excused.

esther1.jpg
An oddly formatted and punctuated sign featuring a cartoon of the imagined dish fairy cleaning a kitchen. The significance of the penguin is unclear.

Apart from the presumed typo in "Howardstamp" there's not a lot to comment on here. I like to think that everyone who saw me taking a photo of it thought I was going to apply.

There's much to appreciate here. Three sizes of progressively decreasing monospaced font. The curious choices of punctuation: colon, full stop, and then nothing. And why on earth is the last sentence not capitalised? Someone's having a laugh.

The Butterfly Club is pretty excited about their toilets. I don't know if the butterfly on this sign is a logo.

Just try to parse it. It so nearly makes sense.

A lonely sign explaining the non-functioning of a bank of lifts outside the DELWP offices at 570 Bourke St. Particularly noteworthy are the use of mixed-height capitals, terseness, poor layout, very tacky adhesive of dubious origin, and the charming…

There are two staff kitchens. This is the show kitchen with the fancy coffee machine that no one knows how to use.

Neat sign in fun font, somewhat terrifying tone given that it's from Singapore.
